How to make it

Make a combination of butter & fat gives you a tasty and heart touching flavor. Keep in mind that everything should be at room temperature. Eggs & fat should be cared especially.

a)    The butter may increase in volume and it doesn’t make a proper combination with the air, if it is too much cold.
b)     The mixture will be sour if eggs & liquid will be cold. The mixture should be of same nature, which will separate into liquid & fat.
c)    If the things which are mixed will be warm, naturally the fat will melt and the atmospheric air will not mix into the mixture.
d)     Before making the mixture sieves all the dry ingredients. Coca powder & cake flour are particularly fine, they form small balls, so don’t break them at the time of mixing.
e)     The ingredients should be even; otherwise they spoil the shape by making holes & tunnels in the middle portion of the cake. Sieve them with great care or use a wire to break all the clots. The ingredients should be mixed properly.

How to mix the ingredients

With medium speed beat the butter for three minutes, when it becomes light in color stop beating. Now add sugar and start beating again for four minutes. This is the time to mix the eggs (one at a time) and beat only for few seconds. If the mixture heavy, beat it continuously, when it will be warmed, mix the other ingredients quickly & gently. Then pour one third of the milk, buttermilk, sour cream, juice or coffee in it. Continue this practice and mix all the ingredients with the mixture. If you have other additions like fruits, nuts & chocolate chips mix them gently.

The creaming method

This is the same mixing procedure you use for chocolate chip cookies. When making a cake you have to beat the air into the mixture.

Beat the butter on mild temperature and add fine sugar in it, until butter change its color and become flossy. Add eggs at mild temperature by beating it continuously. Mixing the eggs all at once or any other cold material will make clots in the mixture. Now add dry fruits and chocolate in it, gently. Add flavoring in it to get a good result.

Baking method

Take a baking pan, greased it, and then pour the mixture without waste of time. Put it in the oven. The cake will bake in a proper timing and will rise from the middle and change its color. It will become brown from outer surface. For a good result rotate the cake in the oven.

Put it off from the oven and let it cool in an airy place. Before slicing it ensure that it is cooled completely. Then taste it and enjoy yourself.
